The free trial is on Starter. You can move to Growth or Pro at any time, during the trial or after it.

Automatic WhatsApp goes out from your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official WhatsApp API, and the monthly messages are included in the price. We're switching it on for every account as Meta completes its checks; until then automatic WhatsApp runs through Twilio.

Prices don't include VAT or sales tax. Where it applies, it's added at checkout. Texts through Twilio are paid to Twilio directly.

Billing questions

How does the free trial work?

Sign up and use Starter free for 7 days. You don't need a card. To keep going, choose a plan from inside your CRM before the trial ends. If you don't, you're never charged: your CRM turns view-only so you can still see and export your data, and it's deleted 30 days later unless you choose a plan.

Is there a setup fee?

No, on any plan. Starter comes with setup guides, Growth includes a free 30-minute setup call, and Pro includes a free 1-hour setup and training call.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. You pay one price for your business. Starter includes 2 users, Growth 5, and Pro as many as you like.

Do WhatsApp and text messages cost extra?

Automatic WhatsApp messages are included: Growth has 5 WhatsApp templates and 250 messages a month, Pro has 10 templates and 750 messages. Replies you type in WhatsApp on your phone are always free. Automatic texts (SMS) and missed-call texts go through your own Twilio account, so Twilio charges you for those directly. One-tap WhatsApp and calls from your own phone, and emails, cost nothing extra.

Is the website and SEO package part of a plan?

No. The done-for-you package (website, SEO, Google Business Profile and Lidora set up for you) is arranged on a free call and invoiced by NexGen Rank, separately from a Lidora plan. See what's included.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans run month to month, or year to year if you pay yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time: email hello@lidoracrm.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll do it for you. You keep using Lidora until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Lidora isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. The details are in our refund policy.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down at any time, including during the trial. When you upgrade, the new features turn on straight away.

Which currency will I pay in?

Customers in the UK pay in pounds (£). Everyone else pays in US dollars ($). Your card provider converts it if needed.

How do I pay?

By card and the other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by our payment partner, and you get a receipt by email every time.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your data is yours. You can export your leads and download a full backup before you go. After an account is closed, its data is deleted.
